Event Description

You may understand the hexaflex inside and out (mostly), have your go-to favorite metaphors, and know your favorite ACT books by now. However, often we don't get the chance to take a step back and explore how ACT really functions on a day-to-day basis. If ACT was a framework for approaching life, what would we want to highlight? Join Peer Reviewed ACT Trainer, Dr. Jessica Borushok, as she walks us through how to approach ACT from a more flexible, functional, and contextualized place. Whether you are brand new to ACT or looking to take on a new approach to the great work you're already doing, this workshop is for you!

Who Should Attend?

Psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, behavior analysts, coaches, students (under supervision), and other mental health professionals who would like to learn more about ACT!

Skill Level: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced skill levels are welcome to attend!
